SHITAL CHOUDHARY – Managing Director
He set up 3 Way InfoTech in 2011. Ever since the company was founded, he has contributed to the organizational success. He created a dynamic environment implementing innovative ideas across all operations. Under his leadership, 3 Way InfoTech has been prompt to technological adaptations. DHIRAJ CHOUDHARY – Director
Concentrating on vision creation for employees, Mr. Dhiraj Choudhary takes pride in building high-performing teams. He acts quickly when he senses a window of opportunity. He views obstacles as opportunities to showcase ability to perform under pressure. At any point of time, 3 Way InfoTech growth has been driven by his leadership. His hobbies include reading, writing, and travelling.

Basic Training:
3 Way InfoTech enables all employees to do their best work by embracing and valuing the unique combination of talents, experiences and perspectives of each employee. Thus, all employees undergo mandatory training on American, UK or Neutral English Accent, Voice Modulation, Telephone Manners, Selling and other Soft Skills. Employees are then trained on domain specific skills required for executing various assignments by experienced authorities on the subject matter.

Continued Training:
Apart from the basic training, 3 Way InfoTech supports employees to pursue regular training programs for updating them to match the quality expectations of global customers. Staff Welfare:
